Refund & Exchange Policy

At Eiliyah, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Items must not be marked, stained, damaged, or altered in any way.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, markings, or misuse.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
